I have upraded my hardware, now running Windows 7. Since the PB 6.0 runs
only in VS2005, I need to install VS2005 on Windows 7. I ran the
setup.exe from an account with administrative rights. But the installer
always fails with:

Error 1723. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A
DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact
your support personnel or package vendor.

Do I have to stick on Windows XP to use the Platform Builder?
