Hi everyone,

We are aware of the problem running Sync under Snow Leopard, and we hope to
release a fix soon. When we do, we will update this forum.

Thanks.

Hi, Rachel, can you also post an announcement here:
http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/wlsync/threads
There is an active discussion going on there for the same issue.
Thanks.

Can we be given a sense of what "soon" might mean? A week? A month? By end of
year? Beyond?

Soon is likely the best we're going to get for now. Microsoft doesn't tend to
announce targets in case they slip.

It's now almost a month. Please give us a hint! If "soon" doesn't mean
within the next week I'm going to have to go through the painful process to
revert to 10.5 because Live Sync is much more important than the non-apparent
benefits of the SL upgrade.

AEnginneer - and others:

Try DropBox. Free if you have < 2GB of files. Works fine on Snow Leopard.
Easier than reverting to Leopard.

You're synching 6 TB of data using Live Sync?? Wow....that's gotta' be a
record. :-)

Well, only one computer has all 6TB. The others are set to on-demand and
usually have, oh, 2TB or so at any given time? But yeah, it's a lot. I like
Live Sync a lot when it works, I just wish it was more robust, and, of
course, less prone to MONTHS of "we forgot to update (what appears, perhaps
incorrectly, to be) a simple authentication incompatibility" downtime.
