Disk Active in Disk Manager11/26/2009 4:28:58 AM

Have two RAID 5 volumes on external hardware (Dell.) Two servers each access
one of the RAID volumes. On server A, both disks show up online in the
Explorer and in Disk Manager, the disk that belongs to server B has no drive
letters, but the volume names are displayed. On Server B, only its own disk
is displayed, and in Disk Manager the other disk is shown as "offline".
Server A is spewing an error a minute of Event ID 55, volume 'temp' is
corrupt. Server B is perfectly happy with its volume 'temp'. HOw does one
offline the disk that shouldn't be seen on server A?
thanks
Bill
