Can someone tell me how much it costs to add a new domain name pointing to your CSK using Webhost4life and also if there is a cost to add subdomain names? Do they register domain names for you? I'm looking for a host for my CSK which will potentially have a large number of communities and I want to find the best deal.

Does anyone use 1and1 to host the CSK? Same questions above.

I just signed up with webhost4life and just got the CSK (actually GCN) running today. Its $10/month, including SQL Server. AFAIK there is unlimited subdomains, although I am not currently using this. For $10 you can't go wrong.

I will say, be VERY EXPLICIT when instructing them about the .gif, .jpg mappings. It took a couple of days for them to get it right. Make sure you tell them to UNCheck the "Check that file exists" checkbox.
