HTML text editor does not show up on HTML page12/9/2003 6:44:54 AM

Hi;

On my production site, I added a HTML page using Admin Edit Section.

However, the page show only blank area without HTML text editor.

What went wrong and how could I fix it?

On my local developing pc, it works fine.

Make sure that in Admin | Edit Section --> Security Tab, check that the section's security allows the Community-Administrators group to add and edit content. Add any additional roles here that you may need. Then just make sure you are logged in as a user in one of the roles you granted edit rights to.

Thank you for your quick response, but I entered as admin to the edit section and html pages.

And when I tried to check security tab, it shows error page.

As you previously told me, it must related to server's aspnet_client folder.

Is there anyway I could FTP the folder to somewhere of the server as my hosting company does not want to run the script?

Hi Redd;

I just FTP aspnet_client folder to the server folder where my CSK stay.

But it does not fix it.

Am I doing it wrong?

I could not find root folder where inepub/www.root is on the server.

I don't know. This is beyond my experience now. All I know is I've had the exact same problems you reported, and fixed it by manually copying the aspnet_client folder to my production site. As long as your production site is a root level site, this should work. If not, contact the server admins and see if they can fix.

Thank you Redd.

I reinstalled everything to the server and
it is now working fine.

I think some module must have been corrupted.
